I added pictures for the GT-Racing rear flares. I spoke to the guy over there today and he indicated that their rear flare was 3" wider than a stock GT flare.

It has been a while, but I wanted to update this thread with pictures of my final set-up.

I went with QRS Fiberglass front fenders widened about 1.5" and GT-Racing Rear Fenders. I will get the body clearance numbers this weekend as you can't really use my wheel widths as a reference because of I not running struts or swing-arm suspension any more.
