Wow...the response is overwhelming for this event.

Anyone else planning on going? Last year was a good time even without my teener, but I am planning on driving it up this year. Anyone caravanning from the central Texas area? I will be leaving from Austin and going up through Dallas on the way.

Hope to see some more chatter as the event gets closer.

Tony,
You are more than welcome to hook up with me when you come through Dallas. There will be a contengent of Dallas folks at the event, but we may be leaving at different times... I plan on arriving at "The Ranch" in the early afternoon on Thursday.. I will be driving my Suburban, loaded with goodies to help out anyone along the way -
In years past we have met at a McDonalds in Greenville at 9:14 AM

Tony, glad to see ya on board. Looking forward to going for a ride with you this year. Ya owe me right? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) We got some great drives planned. We'll see some of the best asphalt Ok has to offer, and Northeast OK has some of the best there is! Hint. We'll visit OK's oldest town, and the town that don't smoke m-r-j-u-n-a. All proceeded by great 914 roads.

Thomas -

Thanks for the info, I mainly wanted to try and get the chatter going for this event like I have seen for many of the others. So, a group of people usually meet at 9:14am on thrus? I will have to wait and see if I have a copilot or not for this event, but it would be great to drive up with a support vehical (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Curt -

I definately owe you a ride or two! I am afraid that conversation isn't quite as easy in my car, but I promise it will be fun (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) I am really looking forward to the event, just got the time off of work and going to call and get my room. Lets keep the chatter up (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif)

Yours,

Tony

No place in Ok. is dry. We abandoned the byol stuff many years ago. Open clubs only. Ya know, liquor by the drink, just like most everywhere else.

Ok, I do see Black Jacks Saloon listed. I was just thinking of that time in Poteau--when Charlie had to haul all that 3.2 beer home.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif) I can hardly wait!!! This year Oklahoma has had a nice dry September, I am hoping it'll hold out for the Ramble.
I am trying to plan my trip, does anyone know of a posted event schedule? Just wondering, how many of us will be coming from the Tulsa area?
Cheers , George. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Hello George. Welcome to the board. There are several of us from the T-town area going. Call me for more info. I have a preliminary schedule, but it's not concrete. I have three awesome drives set up, and a couple of wonderful dinners. We think this will be the best MUSR in recent years.
