And sticky Potenza tires helped it stick to the upside down tow truck. Why can’t I ever get pictures to post right side up??? looks normal to me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif) ![]() |

@wonkipop everything is upside down where you’re at! And the steering wheel is on the wrong side, too!

Sounds like you have it handled - everyone likes a graceful recovery. What size tires are those? 195/55's? That's what I'm running and like the look - and i'm looking for new tires. |

You might check on a site that has a tire calculator before running out for new tires.
Me personally, I liked 196/65-15 Kumho Solis tires. The were close in diameter to the stock 165SR-15's: https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc?tires=...80r15-195-65r15 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Here's the 195/55-15 tire comparison: https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc?tires=...80r15-195-55r15 |

Hey Mark - I'm aware of the size/size differences and associated issues/concerns. I've run these for 5 years and already had my speedo re-calibrated for the change in size and want to stay with the same size going forward. Tires are in good shape but have aged out (like most of ours do) so i'm in the market over the winter.

Tires are Bridgestone Potenza RE71R’s at 205/50R15. I don’t drive my car much so even though they’re sticky and don’t last as long as your average all season radial, I’m good with it.
