I often go to swaps looking for something only to have people say "I have 4 of those at home, but I didn't bring any". I figure we can list things we need and have for sale here, to make sure we bring what people need, and people bring what we need. Since there's talk of a sawzall party, we can make a wish list of neded body parts too. So here's my info:

I need:
Passenger side door (late style)
Passenger side outer door handle (not perfect, but functional and cheap)
Seats (maybe)
All rubber seals
5 lug rear hubs
Clutch cable
228mm flywheel and clutch

I have for sale:
1973 1.7 with salvage title (I won't be bringing this unless somebody wants to buy it)
tan interior
bus 2.0 engine, complete and disassembled with pretty fresh heads
1.8 engine in unknown condition
pretty much every transmission part from a 914 or early 912 (4 speed)
SS 1.7 heat exchangers
2.0 heat exchangers
monza (I think) exhaust
rear trunk lid
entire front suspension/steering (4 lug)
used rear axles
several flywheels

Body parts I need from sawzall victim:

Drivers side outer sail panel, down to the door handle cutout

Is anyone bringing a spot weld drill bit? (I don't have one) I have alot of smaller misc things, and I'll check this thread before I leave to make sure I bring specially requested items.

Seats (maybe)...........yep
All rubber seals.......... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol2.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol2.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol2.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol2.gif)
5 lug rear hubs.......... not me
Clutch cable............... have to look
228mm flywheel and clutch..........huh?

I have for sale:
1973 1.7 with salvage title (I won't be bringing this unless somebody wants to buy it)
tan interior............Is this the 15K car?

Body parts I need from sawzall victim:

Drivers side outer sail panel, down to the door handle cutout..........your choice of two, you bring the blades.

There, that narrows it a bit.

Sweet, blades I've got. Now I just hope I can sell some of this stuff so I can afford to buy some stuff. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

15K car? As in miles or dollars? Either way, no (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

(The car has a black interior, the tan interior came out of my current project. They're separate.)

$20. It's in good shape, but not perfect. It has a small amount of filler (evercote) on it, to fill a shallow (but fairly large) dent. Top is primered, bottom is delphi metallic green with some scratches.

This one hasn't been hammered.. it's just a wide shallow dent, left unfixed it would just barely show up. I'll bring it and you can look at the underside and decide. (it's already in the van)

Anyone have a good front bumper pad? I'd hate to bend over and grab my ankles for the folks at Auto Atlanta or Pelican on my first "significant" purchase for my "new" 914. Those suckers are expensive, almost 3 bills!!! YIKES!!!

I've got a box of misc engine tin, I'll bring it. Not sure what is what, but if you know how to identify it, you'll probably find it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
