lots of guys helping each other to keep their 914s alive. Toast showed me her beaver. I bought a part and sold it 30 seconds later. Glen adapted well to his new cooking machine. it was good to see everyone

Thanks Glen and Ron!! Had a great time. Nice to see everyone again. My daughters made $38.00 selling 914 parts and extra 914 Matchbox cars and we spent $5.00 (donation for doughnut) + $10.00 for replacement chrome on my car. What a deal!! This is the first Porsche swap meet that I left with more money than I came with.

It was really going on this time, with a lot of people who brought parts, it was great to see the project cars people brought to sell, and the bunch of complete cars that showed up, the super nice ones and the drivers, too. I think it would be awesome to bring my car once it's on the rotisserie, just to show off. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

The weather was great is an understatement (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) The barbeque was awesome, I was looking forward to that for like a week.

Man, I should have brought my camera. I want pics here of the prototype badge from the front trunk of the #11 that was there (or was it #1? - I think the vin was 11 but was the first car). I wanted to check out the jack posts on that car to see if they were thicker on top and forgot.

My other favorite car the NLA 6 was there to drool over, too along with so many others.

I bought a set of pristine tail light lenses, one of the refillable late charcoal canisters and a fine early driver door. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

It's funny my bus is like a mainstay parked in photos in back there, the grey primer one. It's like where's waldo, except my bus doesn't have a name. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smoke.gif)

This is like the only thing I've seen from this last one, and mine's the only car in it! -That is a tease I might add, that video misses all the 914s!
