Wow is all I can say...very impressive car, tight feeling, yet rode so much better than my '91 911....the power is silly (had the X50 40hp option or something like that)

I think I'll be playing the CA Lotto at least once a week a now...heck, the one dollar I spend on donuts would be better spent elsewhere (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

So.. you two new I was going to puke...

I now really feel like puking... I lost my backup 9146 because JD didnt tell me the guy called twice for me last week. The buyer is coming tomorrow to buy the backup six I had dibs on. Jim Chambers from Portland is snatching it from me.

What a FUCKED UP DAY.

The only bright spot was the lunch with PeteS and seeing your stupid giddy grin after riding in the X50.

First thing to do.. is pull out my remaining green hair and figure how/when the tide will turn and shit will go correctly for once.

I think I'm going to bail on the 60k car. I'm starting to get tired of dealing with the bullshit. Its not worth it.

From the PP 911 board:
I see 996TT's everyday. Saw one this morning at the cafe. At 6am in the empty streets, it actually sounded pretty good pulling away. The driver was an old guy, but I could hear him stomp it through the intersection. True, most guys with those cars couldn't give a sh!t about my Porsche. That's why I LOVE to see 914 guys hand them their ass at the autocross! Beautiful! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/boldblue.gif)

Its hard to keep your faith.. when you keep losing your ass on deals. I need to attend the Craig Lauglin school of car buying/selling.

You need a crew of goons. Tough guys who intimidate. You also need some geeks who cruise the internet all day and drink 2Liter bottles of Mountain Dew in a single sitting. That way you can network and cover a the greater area of the USA and get what you want :toilet:

Dave Darling as a role model (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

seriousness aside, face it, you're addicted to this stuff.
just look at your garage B.

you don't need a mindless job, you need counseling.
just like the rest of us.

have a good puke tonight and i will help you find
a nice /6 in the next few days and then we get started
on the $60k restauration. dammit ...

Mueller, you're a weenie... Driving a 996TT and telling us about it...

Was it too much horsepower? It's going to make you want to figure out how to stuff and plumb one of those motors into a 914.

You know.. Dave... I rarely let crap get to me (which is a bad thing) I let it build up and as crap starts getting worse (wife losing job..me with no income) busting my ass for no apparent reason starts to suck highly.

I seem to create my own hell.
