So, first I saw this.

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/i916.photobucket.com-8123-1353814154.2.jpg) The front would be easy!alot of work but not hard. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/chair.gif) But the rear? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bootyshake.gif) How much of the rear end of a 914 could be removed? (Sheet metal) I think a tube end frame could be added if it would help? The sale pannels would need to go. Maybe push out the doors and the rear fenders? How about some input!!! Hi I just found this page today and this project. If anyone interested in a 908/3 replica body, look on my Google Drive at my project pictures.
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1kLMlYwiK_...PWgUHt582FLmLoo The CAD file has every body panels in different groups, and each of these groups have sections so to fit in a CNC router setup to mill. I'm currently looking for great pictures of 908/3 frame to replicate it in CAD and match the 908/3 body. Then its go time. Take care, Simon |
