AAAAHHHHHH! Some lunatic broke into my garage and cut off my fender. Just kidding. Actually I'm the lunatic. Prepping for fiber glass. Easier than I thought with a sabre saw.

get stainless or anodized so you don't need to paint them. fly over to aircraft spruce (they'll pick you up at the field)and check out the camlock vs dzus side by side. and while while your there spend another 5 or 6 hundred. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) I did see dzus at the local welders supply but I think they were steel.
