Update on the 914. I decided to put alloys on it instead of the gasburners. Gotta take some more pics out of the garage.

Just picked up half of my interior from the upholstery shop. I wasn't sure when the guy told me he might not be able to find the brown leather with the correct marbling for my car but he sure did!!!! I had the inserts done in gold houndstooth. I'll have more pics in the when I pick up the rest of the interior. I'm stoked how nice it came out.... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer3.gif)

Still not done with the interior, looks like i am on the 10 year plan at the rate I am going but at least it sits in the garage. At least the car has always run and never on jackstands (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) . I have to install the door panels and carpet and work on the stance. I cant go any lower in the front because it bottoms out on the struts so I am going to try to modify the 911 struts I have and cut the springs in the back some more.....

Been enjoying it for the last 2 years. I finally scored a really nice front bumper. Installed that along with the yellow fog light lenses. Really digging how it looks now!

The old bumper top is not in great shape as it is wavy and some of the studs are broken. The bumper is ok, a few dents and bowed in on the top so I put a plate to cover it.

mine is bumpy too. But it is also very weather worn, not smooth, very ruff and tuff to clean up.

I got to attend DRT in Miami a few weeks ago and figured I'd post some pics of my car. I have been driving a few times a month. Here's an up date on the car a few years after the build. The top picture is at the track in Homestead. I got to do a few laps but I was way out of my leaque. I had the oldest car on the track (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
