So, this year I'm headed up to Portland for our National Day of Gluttony. Anyone up for some kind of gathering on the 27th? My folks are out near Hillsborough, but I'm sure I can steal one of their cars and get into Portland itself or somewhere not too awfully far away.

Anybody up for it? Anyone have suggestions about where to meet? (JP?)

Yeah, the boy's football team keeps winning....their undefeated......going on to state final, we think, the polls say so any way. Game moved to 1:00 instead of 3:00. They base the game time on the travel time by the visiting team as determined by the winner of the previous weeks game. Our boy's are hosting Baker City, they will travel friday and play Saturday....but at 1:00......not 3:00, as last week's game against Brookings. All the Saturday games were supposed to be at 3:00, but Noooooooo, 1:00 on 11/27!!!!!! OK, I feel better now.

Love to host you guys as early as you can make it, I'm an early bird, cool with me, then go trash Craig's place.......yeah that's it.

if interested, check out Wilsonville football at: http://www.oregonlive.com/forums/football3a/

I may run down from T town. If I can find the right rock to turn over I may be able to deliver Kevin.

Am in need of parts. GD car has been infected with Dirk Wright virus.

It would be good to see you guys. Maybe you can do an intervention on me and save me from myself.

Dave (Hunt), I am personally looking forward to meeting you. Come on down! We can discuss your megasquirt adaptation. I'll PM you with directions to my place, you probably already know where camp is.

Folks may want to ask Gary for a phone # as it is easy to get lost in his neighborhood.

How is that?? I was 3 JP was 4 You are 1 and Bruce is 2.
It might be safe if I were to meet Bruce and JP at the 10th street exit and we carvaned down from there, it is not as straight forward as someone who lives in the area thinks.
Once you have been there then you could easily drive back again on your own, except for...well you know who you are. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
CCLINTHOMASBROSGUIDE

I like the sound of this....I think. That would be the 10th street exit from....what?....205?, I-5?, 405? pick one and wait? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

It might be a good plan for Mr. Hunt also.....given proper directions.

I'll leave it to Craig to firm this up but:
Exit 10, I- 205 is best if coming from the north on 205 (JP, Bruce, Dave Hunt with or without Kevin). Cross over the freeway and you will see a Home Depot. Take the first right and then left into the HD entrance road (I think that is Craig's suggested rendevouz point).

It is shorter from Hillsboro, west Portland to take 217 to I-5 south to I-205 and take exit 3. However you could continue on 7 more miles to 10. I could lead from the OR26/217 area if anyone wants to meet up. We would need to be on the way by 9:30 to get to Gary's by 10.

I believe I have PM'd every one concerned with Directions to the house for Saturday am get together. Dave Hunt, JP, Craig, Bruce, Dave Darling, Jim, Korijo, ......anyone else? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) It would be cool if we had as many 914's as possible, JP's: probably not, as I saw his new tires, thems will be sticky, but not road worthy.
