@930cabman www.plastics4performance.com is where the 3/16" L + R poly slider /vent windows were sourced (UK). Windshield + rear targa windows mfg. in USA .

On the advise of @FL000 , I've fabb'd up a 'Mold of the lens using paper + spray starch. Several coats of starch, heat gun to dry and finished product came out good.

The finished shell is a 99% copy of the lens and stays in shape while placing on top of the Sheridan 'bump at the top of fender.

One last view of the polished + ported exhaust chambers, and the R-side header was fastened down today. LBP Lozano Bros. Porting in New Braunfels TX does nice work !

The Paper maché proj was EZ to grasp , as my Wife (40+ year) educator taught me well (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Hard part was finding the Starch product on a market shelf > CVS came thru !
Bob, these projects are a bit more demanding on us nowadays...NOT as easy on our bones like the '70/80's when you + I had our shops in Culver City 90230 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

View of the lower bracket attacment for Aviaid dry sump oil tank; tight fit and but clears everything. Thin black thing stuck in there is an LED shop light...
