Yesterday was my day of birth.
It was a day without mirth,
Bright and sunny all day thru,
Warm as toast and skies of blue.

Went to bed sometime last night,
After playing halo, I fought the fight,
Had a beer or maybe two,
Glot laid real good too!

Woke up this morning, boy it was chilly,
2 1/2" feet of snow, now isn't this silly,
Was it the diety's revenge for this plight?
5 hours I shoveled that damn stuuf that's white.

My toes are frozen, my face is a block of ice,
For this day after, I was gonna be nice,
But this storm unannounced it blew in,
Screw the weather channel and all their kin! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/finger.gif)

I drove a 914!!!!

My car is finally back together, so I took it to a top secret testing facility (disguised as an empty parking lot). I got to play for an hour and finally start to learn the car and the gear shift. Its been a wonderful weekend weatherwise in the Bay Area.

Now I have a new oil leak to fix.

one more.

My wife even drove it for around 10 minutes so now I have to fix the seat to either adjust or have an insert - maybe I'll get her to AX next year?

Met my first club member in person, Jeff Dixon. He was out for a nice sunday drive up from K-Falls and on to the Cascade Lakes hwy, it closes tommorow for the winter.

He took me for a ride in his 6cyl and even let me drive. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

Thanks Jeff.

Yeah it was fun, and yes I want a six now.
But for now it's back to work on the 2.0L

I just got home from Okla City (AQha Worlds horse show )where it was wet and cold, BUT when I got home here in Temecula there was SNOW everywhere in the hills. I have lived here for 30 years and never saw snow that low and it is cold.

Worked this morning, shopped, and did more Thanksgiving planning this afternoon. I'm about to settle down in front of the TV for a while with a cup of tea. I hate that the weekend is almost over. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

You are so right Howard, what a beautiful, clear day!
I got to take a drive in my "mad mom in a mini-van"
on the 405 south to my daughter's volleyball club.
Not exactly something to write home about....but
it's a Mom thing (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif)

I liked your pics...very nice (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap56.gif)

Jacked up the car for the winter.
Spent an hour & a half digging rocks outta my AX tiars.
Sat on my skinny ass trying to figure out the best place to dump money into the car.....er...use my budget wisely.....that was a bust. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

Lots to do ( I have a vivid imagination) & not enough cash.
Looks like the Lazy B is gonna be sucking up a lot of my weekends this winter.

Well I went out and found this little project car to bring back to CAMP.

Then I went and looked at a FORD MUSTANG. Thanks for the tip Bruce.
