to some extent its like a loud muffler on a car the loud muffler makes you "think" you are going much faster and have "much" more hp... on the track, a 4 is about as fast as a small -6 (after 2.4L the bigger -6's become faster) the 4 makes better torque and is lighter/slightly more balanced in the corners.... the -6 slightly better at the end of a long straight (like the old lemans straight before the kink... miles and miles long) but the 6 sounds faster, even if lap times don't support it I don't know about handling on the track...no experience with 4's or 6's on the track. I can say that there is a definite difference between a 2.0/4 and this 6. The 6 does accelerate more quickly and pulls more strongly...... |
