(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) Great to hear that she is getting better!!!!
Kids are quite resiliant and she will gain that body weight back
in no time!
I have worked in hospitals for 20 years, and had some personal
family kid illnesses......she's gonna be fine!
Especially with all the "914" prayers....
mine included, of course!
God bless you and your family from mine.
Hang in there!

Hi Sammy,

From someone what has been a recipient of lots of prayers from this group for his little boy, I will be more than glad to send not just one prayer your way, but lots.

I'll keep you and your family and your little girl in my thoughts and pray for another "good news" post soon.

Hang in there.

Regards,

Qarl

QUOTE(3d914 @ Dec 14 2004, 12:36 PM)
Sammy,

Here's mine right now . . .

Eternal and Glorious God - source of all life & breath! We look to you through the sacrifice of your Son our Lord & Savior - Jesus Christ - who died so that we can have access to you - and request your intervention - you blessing - your supernatural favor - on Sammy's daughter in her time of need. Restore her health and enable the doctors to identify the root of the problem for her benefit and the benefit of others. Comfort the family, and show them the fruit of their faith and confidence in you as our God. Amen.

Amen.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Keep a stiff upper lip and in the meantime shellie and I will keep you and your daughter and the rest of the family in prayer for the rest of the momentum to get over this steep hill! SHE WILL MAKE IT! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Someone recently asked me why I hang out on a 914 list even though I am currently between 914s.
I think the answer is clear enough, the people here are more important to me than the cars. I have never, ever been associated with a group that has made me more proud to be a member.

I am not deserving of so much good will but my little princess certainly is.

She is continuing to make small improvements and I have no doubt that all your caring is helping. Hopefully before long she will start to complain, that is when I will be able to relax a little.
As soon as she is well enough I will share with her all the kind posts.
Thank you all again.

Sam,
The strength and ability of a child and family to deal with difficulties is multiplied by the support and dedication of all around them. We share a small planet and are one family. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your daughter.
My love and peace,
Larry

We went through this exact same thing with our Elizabeth about a year ago. I could not believe the support of this group of good people.
(IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif)

She has turned the corner and in a few weeks you will never know that she was sick....but an event like this sure does scare the crap out of any parent.

She is in our prayers tonight.

Sammy,

The members here have one thing in common I believe.
We know that the cars are cool , but, family comes first.

I'm happy to see all the support offered to you in your time of need.

I'll be watching for your posts of good news you'll share with us.

Best wishes. Speedy recovery. Stay positive.
