I know that it my fault for getting Kent hooked on 914's, he first painted my 72 and then all the metal work and awesome paint on the six. I posted a few pics of his V8 conversion in my thread but here's where he's at and its almost ready for paint.

pic 3 So the piece between the door and the mirror is the only mod? I did not see if you said how you made it, or what it is made from. They are growing on me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) I think the color and shine of the paint, or lack there of, is AWESOME. Alittle too Long Horn orange for me, but it too is growing on me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) Thanks. At the top of the last pic I threw in what I used to make them. It's just Kitty Hair, basicly filler with strands of fiberglass matting in it. Other than the little gap, the mirror fit well. |
