Mark,
No, the engine is moving to yours. I am awake so when ever you want to take lunch and come and get it, I'll be ready. Thanks a bunch! Eric, the free FI system has already been given away, but I have another one for cheap. Contact me via PM to let me know what parts you need. I would be glad to help you out. Among the free stuff is still a 1.7 throttle body and throttle position sensor. |

Update, I just called the widow and thanked her for all of us for her donation to the 914 community and that is greatly appreciated from all of us. She's happy that the parts will be used by people that appreciate them instead of just ending up in the trash and knows that is what her husband would have wanted.
Take Care all, Don |

Whoa, Mikey! Man, as much as I could use $500, the engine is not worth as much. It would need a lot of work to run. I would like to help you with your car problems, however. If you would like to PM me I can see what we could do for your situation. If Aaron is willing to part with the engine, we could have it rebuilt and use it, but what time frame are you looking at? PM me and I will give you my number and we can talk.

Man, Aaron you should have wanted the combo gauge sooner. I sold one on ebay for $8 a few months ago. Thats nice of yu to help out a fellow teener. I totaly expected your response. For the money that he wanted to spend we can rebuild it. I may be able to help him with that, too.

Good news for Mikey, I have a member here who has offered up a running 1.7 for $0. All we would have to do is pick it up.
Calling mikey6981..... To everyone else, please be patient with the fee parts. I have a lake in the back yard and am not too interested in wading boxes and greasy parts across it into my house. |
