I'm not sure if you're laughing at my comments. But I don't think you will be laughing if it were you -(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). If it is, I have some beach property in Vegas for you. .I will only accept Western Union. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif)

I don't think we ever had a requirement here that stated that a post had to add value to a thread.

That would eliminate 1/2 of the posts on this board. At least....

Disclaimer:

Please don't take this personally, as the intent is to point out some irony in your statement. It is not intended to minimize the possibility that you got scammed.

Summation and Just Social Judgement:

Because of your use of "who" instead of "whom", I should believe that you are not educated in use of the English language in it's written form. It adds weight to this belief because I have read it here.

This type of thinking of what is posted here can become problematic socially.

That last statement is my....and only my opinion.

I disagree. If the answer to the question uses "he", then "who" is used. If the answer uses "him", then it would be "whom"

"Who accepts this type of behavior?"

He does

Sign number three is that for 650 bucks, you won't get a rebuilt transmission...at least not one that had anything done to it aside from looking at it.

I don't know about that TODAY, but when I started out rebuilding trannies for the guys here and apprenticed Dr. Evil, we were selling cleaned/opened up and reviewed units with decent syncho's for $750 plus a core charge. Yes, it was 2003...Dang that was a long time ago...

Or course I was able to get donor trannies for under $100, gasket sets for $20 and brand new syncho's for $20 each.

Damn, Rich's statement was so wrong that it brought Red-Beard out of retirement to comment (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Ya, cores for $100 are more difficult in these parts. In CA it is still easy to get cores for that price, and lots of them, all day long. I should move (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Synchro bands are $80, sliders are $500 and $200, bearings are still in the $200-300.
