On the stock sway bar drop links, one end has the hoop cock-eyed. Which end goes where and what direction?

one side of each is barely offset.....

I just checked mine, and the top has the angle. It is installed such that the top angles out.

Please clarify. Is the top inboard or outboard of the bottom. I think you mean the bottom is outboard. Correct?? |

yep. Angled one is on the top so that the droplink goes out to the wheel. The link will pretty much follow the angle of the strut. It'll seem like it's not fitting so well, but when the car is on the ground, things will line up good. |
