There was a 914, the same one in three different pictures. Too many pictures of old, slow, original Porsches.

Yes, Elliott, it did seem a little insulting, especially when the email they sent to us said, "Be sure to look for your Porsche." The 'ugly stepchild' NARP mentality lives on. The water cooled guys are probably just as ticked off, if not more so.

I should point out that, while the 914-4s were deemed not worthy, George's tangerine 914-6 did make it into the non-featured photos. There's a shot of him polishing those incredible gas burners:
