What's altered ?
Windshield tag, check
Aluminum body plate, check
Chassis number in trunk, check ( right series, ?)
VIN stamp, top of right front wheel house, ? not legible.

The VIN stamp was cut out and replaced with a piece of steel
There is a 914/4 center vent on the dash and the Karman stamp is pretty far out of range. You can rivet the aluminum tags into a new chassis.
