Sure hope you're coming down for WCC. My scanner would really like to meet your photo album. We could talk about the old days and only slits would know it was BS (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

Don't think sports racers ever got any prettier than these.

Wrong O' Camelbreath......Bernie would know you were procrastinating too! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif) Hell, he was racing wooden wheel wagons while you and I were a gleam in our Daddy's eyes.

For Bernbomb. Yeah, and others too including locals. Here's one of Miles in Carrol Shelby's Cobra. The guy in the background with the helmet and scratching his head, is Ed Leslie. Ed had a British Car place just down from Wester's Porsche dealership.

heres a pic of the super vees that Howdy Holmes and Peter Moody drove at Watkins Glen in 1976 that we took care of for Wilbur Bunce Racing. I had a great time for four years working on these cars. We were the support race for IMSA and champ cars then. raced all over North America from lime rock to Mexico city. It was a great mid life chrises or second childhood.
