I had started to set up to make them, but everyone seems pretty proud of them. I could make them if there is enough demand

i bought one, but my 914 steering wheel rubber is loose, plus i still need the trim ring and leather horn button. The trim ring is $150.00 plus the leather horn button is $55.00 or buy both for $250.00 from Zuffenhaus. I will start keeping an eye out at swap meets and eventually get all the parts to build one. Still easier than coming up with the cash to buy a completed one.

Mark, are you still making these? I noticed they're backordered on your website. Wanted to check if they're temporarily backordered or permanently backordered.

Man that looks good! I just took my batwing horn button off to try and figure out why my horn doesn't work, and noticed how much better the wheel looks without it. Did some searching...and I can't believe how much real ones go for!!! I can't even believe how much other vendor's repros go for!!! I'm hoping mark still has plans to make more of these.

the bowtie wont have that problem anymore if you replace the rubber it mounts on.
Thats what i did in the mean time just to keep the horn from going off every time i looked at it. My tip is though to get the correct rubber buy it direct from porsche its around 13$ all the online ones i tried were shipped to me as uro parts and i hate that china shit. |

Mark,
can you make the trim rings? 144$ on ebay seems illogical to me.... there has to be a more affordable way (written by a cheap 914 owner) |
