My buddy saw a 914 red on fire along 605 freeway at the carpool lane.
I hope the owner is okay! Is it a member here? |

I hope that owner and the car are OK. Seriously. Every 914 should at least have a fire extinguisher on board. In my build we are adding a fire suppression system. Nothing fancy, maybe 3 heads in the engine bay. Hope it is never activated. But after going through all we all go through to build and enjoy these cars, we don't want to see one taken by fire. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Don't drive your 914 without one of any type... Spend a little more and get a Haltron H3R type...2.5 lb one is about $130 http://www.jegs.com/p/H3R-Performance/H3R-...761128/10002/-1 |
