I have a nice set but unsure what year they are. What makes the '70 year different?

Second inline if anyone can spare a set for a 73... I am also not sure of the difference in years. Do the rockers have stock holes, I.e. Nobody has drilled additional ho,Ed for mounting?

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty certain I have a set, I'm not sure what they are worth. Any clues? PM with questions/comments.
