I asked the original owner why he left it on all these years and strangely he said he hadn't really ever thought about removing it. Just didn't bother him. I think I'll leave it on since it is part of the history of the car. |

What a beautiful car! Thanks for posting all the pictures. I especially appreciate the engine pictures, as I am planning to replace the vacuum hoses and some other parts on my '73 to get it back on the road.

Neat car. What's this? It looks like there is some sort of grommet/stiching around the gas expansion tank. I haven't seen that before...
