Preliminary design of the Spring Fling shirt. The design goes on the front of the shirt. What do you think? I'm not real big on the guy in the car. But, maybe that is just me. And the dash shape is wrong. That will need to be corrected. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) sorry, not a fan of this design. Too ricey. I agree Mark. It is a little too racey (for a fun run). But, you get going down a path with a design and unless you start over completely, it is hard to change directions. I considered deleting the driver entirely. I don't like him :-) Suggestions? I have suggested that, since the overall weekend event was called the Mid-Engine Invasion, we move the - Spring Fling logo down to the bottom and make it smaller. Then put - Mid-Engine Invasion across the top (the Spring Fling is just the Friday drive). I think we need to keep the Mid-Engine Invasion name for the overall weekend event, since there is a tradition there. And, it is a cool name. :-) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) Love the new (old) name. As far as the driver, a topless Brooklyn Decker would work for me. |

Agree with adding Mid-Engine Invasion and deleting the driver - don't think he does much for the design and pulls attention away from the car. My two cents worth...
And now for my four cents worth - I'm not a fan of front design t-shirts. Most of the sailing regattas I race in do design on back and a small logo on the chest pocket area which I like as both front and back have some print. Perhaps move the logo to the back and a small 914 World logo on the chest? However, you'll never please everyone, and I'll wear it even in current design. BTW, how are we paying for these? In advance, in person? |

Please add two shirts XXL as well as 1 for dinner. Too early for the wife to make a decision for herself. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Mid Engine Invasion sounds right and it is important to stick with tradition. It looks like a group of six of us from Massachusetts will be arriving too late for the drive, and will try to hook up for a beer later.
I need to adjust my valves to bring the 914. |

Driver adds action/motion to the scene, no driver emphasizes the car... Hmmm, your call in my opinion...
Thanks for doing these. |
