I made a bike rack for my 914 years ago and I don't use it anymore since my new bike (cannondale lefty) won't work with it. I just put it up on evil-bay and should've offered it to you guys first. It's pretty cool and I would like to see someone use it.

Hmmm....looks like everyone "used to" race (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif)
Including me (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Here is a simple rack I made that utilizes the threaded holes under the targa bar that were originally for ski-racks. I fabricated a plate that holds a Yakima bike tight. The rear tire is held in place with a nylon strap that wraps around the brace that holds the taillight inside the trunk. I've got a template around here somewhere if anyone is interested. Attached File(s) bikesoncar ( 36.08k ) Number of downloads: 0 |
