When Dean owned Jamie's car, it was nominated several times but it never won.

Thanks to altitude for the nomination. 9140432188,restored in the late 90's early 2000's. Signal orange, steel flares, 7 and 8x15, non original motor,2.2 with "s" pistons "e" cams side shift with short gears and lsd. 88 carrera front end with raised spindles and 944 turbo brakes. Koni sport reds adjustable spring perches, rear six calipers widened for vented rotors. Most everything powder coated underneath. Nice to see John's car getting some love. We both worked for the same company back in the 1990's - 2000's. His car came a long way and he put up with some vendors who could have done a better job from the start. John doesn't make every event. I think he has to stick close to home with work and home life. But if you've seen this car up close, even though the picture here is very beautiful, it doesn't do it justice. When something hasn't been perfect, John has backed up and done it again. The end result is one of the best. It got my vote and it deserves to win! |

I have plans that will be shared after I do some more research (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
This has been touched on before, but my next COTM I plan on doing a narrow body COTM because there are so few narrow body's, then non porsche engine COTM and, project COTM, Basically the majority of the COTM's are widebody 6's or 6 conversions. I also am planning on having COTM every month. Anyways Its just a matter of me doing the research so no one thinks that I am playing favorites to any specific group or showing any bias. |

It is hard for cars that look so different (wide, narrow, painted, rough) to get a good comparison for voting. It's like voting for the hottest chick. We don't all like the fastest craziest bitch...
Keep up the good work! Thanks for the nomination. It feels like an accomplishment. |

Can we have a COJSFTM category? Car on Jack Stands for the Month. Yes, I think that falls under the "project car" category. It can certainly be named creatively though (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |
