I'm building a 2258 and need to replace the case studs. Where is the best place to get them?

Nothing but problems with raceway in the past...
What happened to your stock studs? I prefer stock studs up to 12:1 CR when using iron cylinders, with a 96mm bore |

I prefer stock studs up to 12:1 CR when using iron cylinders, with a 96mm bore I want replace mine because of age and I like case savers/ inserts installed in the case. I guess you would need the head studs to stretch a bit because of the cylinders growing because of the heat. I been watching your writings on zero valve lash when cold.. Wes |

I don't know? That is a great question. I think because the crank will be 78mm from 66mm that the studs may need to be longer. I'm not sure...

Studs are the same length unless you get custom long cylinders.
The pin height on the piston changes to make up the difference in the stroke. Rich |

If you use the proper combination of components your 78mm stroke engine can be the same or even more narrow than a stock engine!

Waste of money unless you are using nickies, just get a good used set.
IMO the stock through bolts are nicer than ARP, even though I have ARP on my 2.6 nickies engine. |
