Jim passed last night and will be missed. Here is a picture of Jim and Rod, at Rod's shop, working on my 1.8L engine, from about 1 month ago.

I am deeply shocked and saddened by this news.
I met Jim at my very first Hershey show long before my car was on the road. An absolute gentlemen and a pleasure to hang out with. He was always willing to help people out. Both on 914world and in real life. Just last week he dropped off a loaner ECU at Matt's for me to borrow. He then suggested a work party to help get Matt's car back on the road. RIP Jim. Deepest condolences to his family. He was a good man. |
