I am on the search for a good quality 6 conversion, GT replica.
Serious buyer, just missed out on an ideal car, money waiting... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wavey.gif) |

Build one. Get exactly what you want. Better bring a cool $100K! Am I wrong?? Really depends on what you want. Simple 6 conversion with flares or the full Monty GT conversion with all the fancy parts. Good thing is if you build it, you know what's under the paint. |

Simple 6 conversion with flares or the full Monty GT conversion with all the fancy parts. Good thing is if you build it, you know what's under the paint. I've already missed out on a few suitable cars, and they were priced $30k-40k. And that's where my budget range sits. My 2.7RS rep was a full back to shell, nut and bolt build, and took several years. I have neither the patience nor the budget (!) to revisit a project like that any time soon (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) My heart is not set on an exact GT rep. Just needs to be a solid, steel flared 6 conversion, decent paint, well done strengtheing, that looks right and goes right, but without all the rare as hens teeth parts and details... |
