Would vapor lock keep a fuel pump from actually running? ('74 2.0)
I am looking over an aquantances 914, basically the guy stopped me when he saw my car and asked if I knew anything about them. So I went to his house and this is what I found. Car runs fine until it's warmed up and stopped. Then I noticed when cycling the ingnition switch for the fuel pump it was not pumping, no buzzing sound. I swapped relays on the board and got one buzz then no more again. Pump is new, still in stock location. Any ideas? -Mike D. |
