His windshield is legal. Joe Sharp installed two modified (what I think were) motorcycle windshields on Carerror to make it street legal.

I believe it is ... I spoke with a guy who owned it (at a G&R swap meet a year or so ago), but he didn't recognize Doug's name, so I'm guessing it changed hands at least twice since Doug owned it.

here is Doug's thread of the car and I believed he used to be an article guy of a car magazine. He sold it to fund his new toy (small airplane).

Good to see my old car back in SoCal!! I sold it about three (?) years ago to a guy named Tony in Atlanta to help finance an Experimental aircraft project. Finished the plane (Vans RV-9A) and first flew it in Feb. 2016...almost 180 Hobbs hours now. Glad the car is out there and being enjoyed.

That cowl-mounted antenna is a little weird. It was that way when I bought it back in 2012.
