Just had lunch with Michael (warpig) who will be doing the shirts. He's working on a design as we speak. Hope to get a T-shirt order thread up soon. Remember you get one with a full registration. Any guest's will have to order theirs. We will have a few options on shirts. Long sleeve will be an option. We will have Women's shirts too. We will not be doing a white shirt this year. For color's we may give you more than one option. Still in the works at this point

On shirts we are going to offer long sleeve as an option. As well as women's shirts for our lovely ladies (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheer.gif) . I'm curious to see what design Michael comes up with. Working on some combination of the track with crater lake.

Tried to book a room today and they are sold out completely.

Anyone got a spare room they don't need?

If not, i guess i'll try the Motel 6 next door.

We had a minimum number of rooms guaranteed at the $79 rate. They will extend another 10 rooms, and as long as vacancy is low it's not a problem. This hotel does book up pretty regularly. So, do make the call hotels in Medford can get expensive if you don't have a reservation.

Just talked to the front desk. Ask for Jessica if you have any questions.

Hey John we will have a t-shirt order thread once the design is finished. While I have the sizes for the main registrant. We will do one big t-shirt thread. Since there will be options for color & long or short sleeve. I'll have it all broken down there

Andy did you see this? Call front Desk & ask for Jessica. Sounds like Mark got them to give us another 10 rooms. Let's fill them up quick (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheer.gif)

How are they for cancellations, assuming I don't get a last minute taker?

Right now this trip is more up in the air than Marks day job (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/www.smiley-lol.com-431-1454914849.1.gif)

I only have a few pictures of people's cars. With 25 registered I have a total of 8. So just a friendly reminder to send your picture so it can go on your name tag. Send a good jpeg image of your car to medfordwcr2016@gmail.com .

Only 100 days left until WCR (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheer.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheer.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheer.gif)
