To be fair to those at the diner, do we want to warn them ahead of time then call shortly before we're there so they can hide the women and children? |

To be fair to those at the diner, do we want to warn them ahead of time then call shortly before we're there so they can hide the women and children? That is my plan. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/flag.gif) We had lunch at Mr. D'z on the 2011 Rt. 66 Classic. They were very accommodating and are accustom to car and bike groups. *(Just to be safe, I will tell them we are the X/19 Club this time.) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ph34r.gif) |

SoCal'rs, How 'bout this. Since we anticipate multiple cars we will need a staging area to begin our journey. I suggest we meet @ Ruby's Diner (4.5 stars on yelp) on the 10 @ Cabazon. They open at 0700. Meet n eat, depart 0800 for Kingman. If you run late you'll only miss breakfast but not hold up the group. In reality we will need a 15 min fuel/"pit stop" enroute. Add another 15 min's for Murphy and we are looking @ a 12-12:30 Kingman arrival. Hey, I'm headed your way. Lets hook up in Temecula, ok? |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) The answer is found on the first page of this thread. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/splat.gif) Price is $20. Pay me in the parking lot. If you want me to mail one, add 5 bucks for postage and PayPal fees. |

Got it, John. I'm pressed for time these days, so I have to speed-read everything (except legal documents), and might have missed some small details.
Parking lot transaction it is then ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool_shades.gif) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool_shades.gif) I already sent $2700 to Elliot by western union as he suggested in a previous post. He said that was the way to go. Now I don't have to worry about unscrupulous characters taking advantage of me. What a world! |

Mike, I can't guarantee a meet time when traveling with my co-pilot (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) I'm pretty sure we can make it to Rudy's between 7 & 8 though. Yeah, I know what you mean. I'll do my best to get my co-pilot out too, so we can get to Ruby's.
I'm assuming the meet-up is on Thurs. April 28th? (There was some talk of people leaving Wed.) |

hey is andy coming? my car needs to be washed again.... SoCal Andy? Check with Tom. He doesn't hang with us since he went "CW" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) Hell man, if I were to park next to him his car's value would drop by 10K. Crazy. The time and distance (from my house) is the same as it was to WCR 2015. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)
