Well, let's see..... I'm working on a trade with the body shop up the street to swap the Black car for paint & body on the Blue car. If that works out, all I gotta do is pack the Blue car for the WCC. If that doesn't work out, I gotta track down the motor gremlins that cause the Black car to miss when it warms up. Then weld in the new battery tray, engine lid hinge, rear trunk pivot, partial front cowl, and passenger floor pan. Then take it to the WCC to get a bunch of folks that didn't bring a 914 to drive it, and try & sell it to pay for the paint & body work for the Blue car. So....ya see...I hope I can make a deal with the body shop & save myself a lot of welding. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)

All I'd really like to do is better tune my Motronic between now and then. I know it's still not right. But I'm pretty busy with work, so I might be going with it as is. Oh yeah and install a front valence.
I've (my company's graphic designer) has finished with the final t-shirt design. I think it looks awesome. Am I allowed to post that here as a sneak preview? -Steve |
