All happy in 914 land until the oil cooler popped and is leaking a bit but not too much, can still drive car but know it won't get any better.
Talked to PO and he said the cooler was good we are both at a loss to know why it is leaking,I removed the oil pressure relief valve and found both that and the spring to be ok,what to check next??? Plan is to adventure out to the tarseal soon and see what it has, love the sound and the motor is strong ,I still need to dial in the timing so I can balance the carbs before that. |
