Make sure you save the relay board and cover (and all of the relays all over the car), and the headlight and wiper motors for your extra parts stash. They seem to be kinda pricy items that you might need at some time.

Here's the pass-long. Or...where it used to be. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

You can see here, there is only about 6" of rusty metal holding the entire pass-side together.

Some in the mid-west would actually consider rebuilding this one...

Aaah....

No, I'm going to chop it up this weekend. Todd Gray is coming up on Sunday and we are going to pull the engine, and then chop it up. If you want to come up on Sunday and yank parts, be my guest!

It's a 1.7, but I'm keeping it and the tranny. It's also carbed, and HOSED!

the relay cover had a wasp-nest in it the size of a grapefruit.

Unless you need body panels, there isn't much usable on this thing.

Hey Doug do you have the tool to remove the CV Bolts, if not I will have to locate mine. I know it is somewhere in that disaster I call a garage. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif)

Anybody else want to drink beer..... er, help with the destruction? Let have a CA style butchering party! Should be warm at least. Unless we get antother freak snow storm (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif)
