From the pictures and description the car looks to be in good shape. However, I'm not confident of buying without seeing/driving first. Does anyone know of this car? Does anyone know of an independent shop in the area that could do a PPI? Thanks.

Car looks great. May not have been "restored" but the set cushions look like lether and I don't recall bumpers coming from the factory in body color...

Body colored painted bumpers would be original to a '71 914-4. The body colored trim around the back of the targa bar would be correct as well.
