I agree with Bruce, the early cars had a metal clamp. I'll check the straps and see what condition. I would suspect that the hardware is good, but remember the rubber would be approx 40 yrs old. I think 914 rubber has a replacement.

interested in the alloy lug nuts. can i get a picture of the lug nuts. also interested in the spare tire hold down anodized disc and anodized mounting plate for spare tire , did not see price. (in same picture with lug nuts)

I'll get some better pics of the lug nuts tomorrow. They are the 911 alloy type, and are used. The spare tire kit was on the firewall of the front trunk, and mounted the spare vertically against the gas tank..

No, I think that pic is sufficient. If it will make things easier for shipping, I don't need any of the fender. This is the hole I am trying to fill. Was also going to backdate the bumpers so a part like yours with the early bumper holes is appropriate for what i am hoping to accomplish.
