I was just wondering if there is a top I can put over my Ultima Battery? I washed my car today and the water just poured right on top of the battery. Eddy

i think they make slip on covers so cars look period correct instead of high tech, window dressing. do you have a rain tray? keep the spray away from the 2 small, side grills that flank the engine lid as much as you can.

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/agree.gif) I thought that was the whole purpose of installing one. Never have to worry about getting wet and leaking down into the engine bay.

So maybe I don't need to worry about the water running through the vents and running on top of the battery? I guess you are right Z, it is sealed after all. Eddy
