IDF and RLA are the same...

He is correct, the IDF and DRLA are the same. The IDA uses a different manifold. The solex's may even use the same manifold. Not 100% sure on that.

solexes have adpaters.... a tad different...

matt has solex manifolds, weber adpaters, and IDF's.... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/screwy.gif)


IDA's are mucho wider than IDF's....

They come long and short for Weber/Dels (same mount).

Solex (912/356) mounts are way different.

Since the image shows mounting for Type 4's, you have the Weber/Del setup and the short ones to boot.

Hey Mueller,

How are you going to separate those TB's? maybe just add another fuel bar or a complete separate manifold. I'm sure this is going to be and intresting project!

Are those TB's off a Yamaha R1?
