QUOTE(greenie @ Aug 14 2016, 10:39 AM) *

A great time was had by all yesterday (and last night), we got home at 1:00 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

Outside of the traffic getting through Everett Janet and myself could not have had a better time.

Nate put on a great BBQ for us, we had an exhilarating drive up the mountain once we got past a couple of slow pokes.

Standing on top a guy pulls up in a BMW Z3 and asks what's going on? I said we are doing a Memorial run for a buddy of ours. I told him how Nord use to organize a breakfast and then a run up the mountain each year, I said he meant a lot to all of us and we are not going to forget him.

Nate thanks for putting this together and making it special for all of us!

Sorry I missed it but my ride wasn't running till 6pm. Nate your the best for doing this! Nice to see the General came out, Marty would have loved to meet her! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grouphug.gif)

I wish I could claim I knew enough about photography to suggest that I could do that on purpose! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Great pic Brad. Guess we can see why they call it Artist Point. Thanks to Nate for putting this together.

Thanks to all for coming out and supporting the Nord Memorial run to Artist Point. We were blessed with perfect weather and arguably the best group of 914 folks anywhere (and that even includes Greenie! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bootyshake.gif) ).

I'll post up a couple photos when I get home tonight.

Kev, where were you bro?? I had half assumed that if you make 1/3 of the posts in an event thread, you would make an appearance. . . (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) Next time take the train to MV and I'll pick you up!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif)

I had to go to a wedding. Sort of last minute. They wanted to get hitched before the baby was born. My idea of buying them a box of rubbers as a gift didn't go over too well. $20 gift certificate for babies-r-us is what they got.
