Keep going! This type of work is painfully slow but you'll be glad you did it.

That seatbelt attachment is scary. There are so many teeners running around with that very same condition and people don't even know the risk they are taking or choose to ignore it hoping they'll never need a seat belt in an impact.

Addressed the lower left inner firewall. Again thank the gods for Restoration Design stampings. Placed it in position, did a chalk line to see where i was going to scuff to bare metal for the plug welds. It needed a little coaxing and some hammer/dolly to shape. I prolly disturbed adjacent panels a bit ripping out the rusted piece. Then drilled out the panel for the areas to be welded.

Placed the new E-brake cover in as well. As simple a piece as this is it gave me fits
keeping it in position with magnets.

Turned attention to finishing up my trailing arms. Pressed in the outer hubs as well as installing the Elephant Racing poly bronze bushings.
Those grease fittings are a tedious bunch (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif) . Only one grabbed the way the coach drew it up. I had to cheat and add a little JBWeld to seal them up. The circular area just kept allowing grease to slip on by. All good now

Some updates to the project.
Replaced the Lt. outboard seat bracket/hinge that had to be cut out due to rusted out areas on the “riser” portion. Welded the hinge to the riser, also welded a plate to fill the gap beneath the riser that was cut out. Used a spare seat rail assembly to get things lined up.
