The mileage is obviously not correct or acurrate as the seller states and COA's are known to be a crap shoot. I've purchased an older Porsche in Vermont years ago with just a bill of sell.....so yes, some states don't issue vehicle titles on older cars. I had no issues obtaining a title for the car in my state of PA. IMO, this appears to be an excellent car but should obviously have a proper PPI done by someone who knows these cars. |
