Okay, so Jorg owns the Official Daytona 914 Pacecar.  I wonder how much it's worth?   (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)

unfortunately no.

My car is only a 1973 2.0 4-Zylinder. But i think the colour ist same (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)
I think about to give the car the same look as the Daytona 500 Pace Car

I'd say ... EUR 65.00 (excl. shipping) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif)

look here (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif)

Gustl,

Sometimes the price differences and exchange rates make no sense. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/idea.gif)

Look at the M.A. Scale website price list for item number 328. $42.50 versus EUR 65.00? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif)

well, the difference isn't just the exchange rate

my link was from a european dealer, MA Scale is a US company, so there are shipping costs as well as customs duties ...

last week I got a rare Bandai motorized Porsche 914 kit (MIB) from a US eBay seller - $105 for the kit, $24 for insured shipping to Austria, $43 customs duty (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif)

WOW! What a cool thread. I was researching this very subject just a few months ago. Of course, I came up blank because my focus was trying to see if any pace car sites actually acknowledged the '71 /6 pace car.
