I wanted to show the difference between the mid year switch 72-74 and why the 75-76 is different. Early switch has a mounting plate 10mm thick, 75-76 is only 5 mm thick. 75-76 shows to use a different turn signal switch BUT you can use the 72-74 switch.

Is the 924 switch like the 75 - 76 ? I have a 924 switch, curious (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Thanks Mark - good info. I thought they were compatible across all years.

Luckily I have a early 72, a 74 and a 75 so my stash of switches will work somewhere.
