We drove around the F1 track at Indy.
I didn't take too many pics, and only 1 914 was at the event. Here are a couple pics in Gasoline Alley afterwards. Can anyone guess which car is mine? Attached image(s) |

Here's the lone 914.
Interesting wheels and funky wing. The guy just got it last fall and is in love with it. I passed the 914 word along, hopefully he'll show up here. Attached image(s) |

Are the windshield pillars covered in vinyl or just painted black? Vinyl covering was a limited factory option.

I'm not a huge fan of stripes on a 914, but that car doesn't look bad. Nice pics Sean.

The frog! I got to know that car a little about a year ago.
If i recall correctly the wheels are HRE's. They looked fantastic. The front pillars were vinyl covered. Something the factory did on early 73's. It is a very nice car. It would be great if the new owner would join us and share more info about the car. |

That looks pretty cool, esp. since it's a factory option. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif)
