Saw these the other day googling 914 plaid seats. Autobahn Interiors makes these. They augment the bolster sport seat like and insert a great looking plaid. I'm sure you'll need a wheelbarrow of cash to get these done, but they do look sharp. Looking at this picture again, I see an opportunity for 914rubber to do a padded bolster/GT option. Include the firm padding needed to fill the bolster area. The inserts would remain the same. I'm in for a pair or two. |

Slight hijack, anyone see a "Pasha" 928 interior inspired pattern in a 914?

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) I would be willing to pull the trigger for a set of them. |

Then sign me up because I scored a set from 914rubber. Just kidding they look good just not in my car (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving-girl.gif) I am kind of thinking this way also.... nothing else in the car is plaid, so it seems out of place to me. The ones in the pictures and others I have seen look to be well done. and maybe there was even a stock version, just not my cup of tea. |

I bought a white ‘75 with red tartan seats. They were trashed by the time I got the car but I like the look. I think the matching door panels will tie it together. |

Tell that to a Scottish chieftain wearing a plaid kilt and wielding a broadsword. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif) |

It's not hard to find just about any tartan color combination you can imagine.
Just buy the material and get your local upholsterer to make it so. |
