Bushings are replaceable - just have to carefully press the center pin out, and carefully pressing it back in when installing the new bushings.

Shouldn't the coupler slide out of the rear shaft?

Thanks in advance Jon Hey Jon....I think you're mistaken about what you need. The pin that goes through the bushings IS removable. It is a tight fit but it will press out. So.... press it out...replace bushings...carefully press pin back in. Nothing slides out of the rear shaft. The weld you see is original. |

How many times does it need to be said?
Pelican sells the bushings and they're relatively cheap $ T H O M A S made me some bronze shift coupler bushings before he went back to Germany ... I'll never have to replace them again (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mueba.gif) |
